Erasmus students’ experiences under the COVID-19 VUCA situation

Le programme d’échange d’étudiants Erasmus+ est l’un des programmes phares de l’Union européenne et vise à développer l’alphabétisation apprenants lutter contre les discriminations. Suite l’éclatement la pandémie COVID-19 en 2020, mobilités étudiantes ont été fortement perturbées dans le monde entier particulier Europe. Cette sans précédent a plongé toute communauté universitaire une situation volatile, incertaine, complexe ambiguë (VUCA Anglais). Les tout particulièrement subi cette rupture ses impacts.Dans ce contexte, auteurs cet article conduit étude comparative expériences mobilité au cours d’un semestre normal (2019) VUCA pleine (2020). eu recours méthode d’analyse thématique pour interpréter données collectées auprès deux cohortes ayant terminé leur respectivement 2019 2020. Sur base résultats obtenus (5 thèmes saillants), cherché analyser l’impact quatre éléments du modèle sur d’apprentissage durant pandémie, comparaison avec lieu non perturbé par crise sanitaire. L’article s’appuie finalement stratégies pratiques observées sein d’une université autrichienne modalités d’accompagnement étudiants pendant afin d’en tirer enseignements permettant limiter l’avenir impacts négatifs situations d’autres universités.
